These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of GearNest (gearnest.tech). By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Products and pricing

All prices on GearNest are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and stock availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and will let you know before anything is dispatched.

Product information

We try our best to keep product titles, images, specifications and descriptions accurate. Minor differences in colour, packaging or design may occur because of manufacturer updates or screen settings. If something you receive is materially different from its listing, contact us and we will sort it out under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Orders and Cash on Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only, and orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). Placing an order is an offer to buy; it becomes confirmed once our team verifies it, usually by phone call or message to the number you provide. We may cancel or hold an order if we cannot reach you, the address is incomplete, the product is out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent or unusual.

Please keep the exact order amount ready at delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may lead us to decline future COD orders.

Delivery

Delivery times, courier partners and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Returns, exchanges and warranty

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Where a warranty is offered, its period and terms are shown on the product page.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or interfere with the site in any way. We may refuse service or cancel orders where these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

The GearNest name, logo, website design, text and original images belong to GearNest and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GearNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
