At GearNest we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns and refunds for orders delivered within Pakistan.
Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the invoice.
Eligible cases
Wrong item delivered, damaged or defective on arrival, or product not working as described. Please check your parcel in front of the courier where possible and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Not eligible
Used or physically damaged products, items missing original packaging or accessories, and products damaged by misuse or incorrect power or voltage.
How to request
Email info@gearnest.tech with your order number, name, phone number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Since orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet after we receive and inspect the returned product, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Warranty
Warranty, where offered, is mentioned on the product page and handled according to the terms stated there.
